How I help / Relationship Difficulties

Relationship Difficulties

Relationships shape how young people see themselves. Friendship fallouts, family conflict, first romantic relationships and social pressure can be confusing and painful to navigate alone.

Therapy offers a space to make sense of what is happening in your relationships — the patterns you keep repeating, the boundaries that feel impossible to set, the conversations you avoid. We work on communicating clearly, understanding your own needs, and building relationships that support rather than drain you.

What sessions look like

  • 60-minute sessions, in person at Manor Medical Centre, Morningside Manor, Sandton — or online
  • A first phase of 1–3 sessions to understand what's going on
  • A plan we agree on together — frequency, goals and how parents are involved (for younger clients)
  • Invoices you can submit to your medical aid, with the codes your scheme needs
