About me
Sarah-Jane Lipshitz
Registered Educational Psychologist · HPCSA PS 0123102
I work with adolescents and young adults to create an environment of self-understanding. Clients are encouraged to reframe their negative experiences into positive ones — meaning is made from suffering. Together, the client, with the therapist's guidance, develops new attitudes and feelings towards life's situations.
Therapy is an intensive healing process, requiring investment from both parties. My role is to make that investment feel safe, structured and worthwhile — whether we meet in my rooms at Manor Medical Centre in Morningside Manor, or online via Google Meet or Zoom.
